Our client are a forward thinking, impactful and agile insurance consultancy, covering strategy and business transformation and programme/project management, as well as business analysis and the development and implementation of innovative solutions.
As the incoming Business Analyst, you will:
Be responsible for identifying and translating business needs into effective solutions.
Provide a bridge between developers and business teams to communicate and explain ideas and needs.
Be confident in managing relationships and skilled at setting clear requirements.
Keep up to date with changes in your field to ensure you are informed of any relevent developments.
You will be someone who:
You are organised and tenacious, with a ‘can-do’ attitude, always striving to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues based on respect and transparency.
You are able to lead from the front and tackle problems head on and with integrity.
You are able to prioritise tasks whilst always aiming for the best result, challenging clients as appropriate and advising them accordingly.
You are a strong written and oral communicator in both Dutch/French and English.
You have a positive outlook, are analytical and self-reflective to continue to improve as a consultant.
3 years of experience in the pension or insurance sector as a business or information analyst or project manager .
Relevant degree or HBO in related market.
