We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (min. 6 years) to join a strategic program supporting both business and IT stakeholders in delivering impactful digital solutions. The position requires strong analytical skills, a structured mindset, and the ability to operate in a trilingual environment (Dutch, French, English).
Responsibilities
Drive requirement elicitation, analysis, documentation, and traceability across the project lifecycle
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and SMEs to shape business and functional requirements
Design new business processes and define detailed use cases
Translate requirements into test scenarios and support UAT preparation
Monitor requirement coverage and contribute to quality reviews of deliverables
Coordinate closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation
Act as the main point of contact for business stakeholders
Required Skills
Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (spoken and written)
Strong command of conceptual modeling techniques
Solid knowledge of MS Office, IT environments, and testing processes
Proven experience with requirements management tools and practices
Strong analytical thinking, autonomy, and attention to detail
Nice to Have
Experience with change management or performance measurement (KPIs)
Prior involvement in testing and validation phases
