Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to make an impact in the regulatory field? We are seeking a Regulatory Assistant for a full-time, 6-month temporary position to support our team with critical compliance and data management tasks.
Your Profile
Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in a chemical field.
Previous administrative experience in the chemical sector or Regulatory Affairs/Quality Control as an assistant is highly valued.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive, independent worker who thrives in a team environment.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.).
Your Responsibilities
Ensure product labels comply with current regulations.
Collect and manage product data using specific software, and create data analysis overviews.
Maintain and update Bartender labels, private labels, pre-printed bags, and buckets as part of a compliance overhaul.
Follow up on the compliance of outbound goods with UFI regulations, including collaboration with smaller private label customers and trade goods.
Manage Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for raw materials and upload them to Publichem, ensuring all updates and compliance requirements are met.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to support seamless regulatory processes.
