Your Role πΌ
We are looking for a Junior HR Assistant & PMO Support to join our team and contribute to both HR operations and project management activities. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes while also supporting project coordination and reporting tasks.
- Managing and updating employee records, ensuring accuracy in HR databases (contracts, personal data, payroll, leave records, turnover, etc.);
- Preparing and maintaining HR-related documents and reports, including hiring, transfers, promotions, and terminations, while supporting payroll data processing (work schedules, leaves, sick leaves, etc.);
- Assisting in payroll data entry and verification, ensuring consistency with budget constraints;
- Handling HR inquiries, responding to employee requests professionally and efficiently;
- Preparing HR analytics and reports, supporting decision-making through data-driven insights;
- Assisting in HR project coordination, tracking milestones, and ensuring alignment with business goals;
- Supporting PMO activities by maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring key deliverables are met;
- Collaborating with different teams to streamline HR processes and project workflows.
Requirements π‘
- Minimum experience in HR;
- Educational background in Human Resources (considered a plus);
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle both HR and project-related tasks;
- High level of discretion and professionalism when managing confidential data;
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis);
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
- Familiarity with project management principles and tools (considered a plus);
- Fluent in Italian (mandatory requirement) and good knowledge of English and/or French.
