Your role 💼

The Planning & Control Officer Junior will be fully responsible for conducting controls and delivering accounting analysis for both daily and monthly closings. They will provide independent support and collaborate with other accounting administrators and implementation departments to ensure the completion of various operational tasks.

• Prepare and analyze monthly customer profitability, interacting with different business areas and the Head Office.
• Conduct monthly control activities on financing, reviewing all banking divisions.
• Prepare financial reports for the CFO.
• Support the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts.
• Perform variance analysis to identify differences between actual and budgeted figures.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Provide support during both internal and external audits.
• Track and report on key financial metrics.

Requirements 💡

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business.
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis methodologies and management control.
• Ability to work in a team and interact with various business functions.
• Precision and attention to detail.
• Excellent command of Italian, English, and French.
• Previous experience in the banking or financial sector.
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools and advanced reporting.
