Job Posting for Agent Ground Ops Training at Cargolux Airlines
Task Responsibilities:
Organize and administrate the Ground Operations Training Outlook mailbox (i.e. react and reply on training requests, training expiry notifications, new employee or position change messages, etc.)
Assist in the planning of training sessions
Handle booking requests of training courses, facilities/rooms, travel arrangements and accommodations of trainees, and coordinate any changes with the instructors
Issue and maintain user profiles, online training material, certification and qualification records in the Learning Management System used by the department
Prepare the documentation and communication of training sessions as required
Maintain all documentation and information of the department on Cargolux intranet
Support the network regarding training-related questions and liaise with other training departments
Carry out general administrative duties, as required or allocated by the Manager of the department
Essential Requirements For The Position:
Fluent in English (written/spoken), any other language is considered as an advantage
Have good knowledge of standard IT products, like MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Working Conditions:
Temporary, full-time position based in Luxembourg
A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
