Task Responsibilities:
Coordinate scheduling, registration, and follow-up of internal and external mandatory and elective training courses.
Administer training resources/facilities and resolve issues as they arise.
Handle correspondence and requests providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, addressing their training needs, concerns, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Support with administration of the Cargolux Learning Management System (LMS).
Consolidate training data & documentation and prepare reports.
For specific pre-defined topics, apply the learning needs analysis methodology to determine the knowledge and skills to fill the gap between current and desired outcomes.
Conduct supplier comparisons and liaise with external training vendors to source specialized training programs or resources.
Support with coordinating training provider contracts and external customer contracts
Essential Requirements For The Position:
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Management, or other relevant field of study
Experience in an administrative role
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Knowledge and experience in adult learning is a plus
Advanced level of proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with Talent Management Systems and/or Learning Management Systems is considered as an advantage
Fluency in written and spoken English, any other languages are considered an advantage
Working Conditions:
Temporary contract of 12 months based in Luxembourg
Occasionally flexible with working hours
A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
