Payroll Service Officer

What does a Payroll Services Officer do?

• execute various services and procedures within the payroll services team, while developing yourself as a specialist
• answer questions and act as a specialist for the procedures you are responsible for
• collaborate closely with colleagues to divide tasks and set priorities during payroll closure
• update work instructions to increase efficiency and clarity within the team
• review test payslips for specific individuals and take action if errors are found, in collaboration with payroll case officers
  
  

What do you bring?

• at least 2 years of experience as a payroll officer
• knowledge of SAP HR is an asset
• in-depth knowledge of payroll processes
• experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• excellent communication skills and a team player
• strong analytical skills, administratively precise and structured
• fluent in Dutch and French

Within the payroll services team, two roles are defined: Payroll Services Officer and Payroll Case Officer. Together, you ensure the accurate processing and input of all necessary master data and time information to guarantee precise payroll calculations.
