What you will do daily :

• manage the entire project, from coordination to execution, while overseeing the synthesis of plans and diagrams
• lead a team of experts, from designers to technicians, and provide them with the tools they need to succeed
• prepare the necessary technical documentation to ensure the smooth progress of the project
• select and size the appropriate equipment for each stage of the project
• develop, monitor, and adjust the construction schedule to meet deadlines and requirements
• work closely with the client to provide relevant solutions to each challenge
  
  

Bring along…

• a master’s degree in civil or industrial engineering – specialization in electromechanics, thermal engineering, construction, air conditioning, or energy
• at least 5 years of experience in a similar role with HVAC expertise
• strong organizational and project management skills
• the ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in stressful situations
• fluency in French, along with a good command of Dutch and English
