We are looking for an operations officer "Hospitality Steward" to conduct reception of customers and escorting them to the right contact person in the office.
Main responsibilities
Customer Reception and Welcome
Call Handling
Processing of Emails (mainly in French)
Answering basic questions (daily banking)
Escorting customers to the advisor who will further assist them
Guiding customers in digital solutions
General administrative and logistical support
Required experience / knowledge
Bachelor's degree or at least 1 year of relevant equivalent experience (preferably commercial)
Mandatory technical experience: Can work with computer, Outlook, Able to learn new digital applications (bank software)
