Permanent control Consultant

For one of our client we are looking for a Permanent/Internal control consultant.

Job description :

• Develop, implement, and maintain the internal control framework to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Conduct regular assessments and audits of internal processes to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement corrective actions and control improvements.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of internal controls, providing recommendations for enhancements as necessary.
• Prepare detailed reports on control activities and findings, presenting them to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Stay updated with regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure the control framework remains current and effective.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of external audits and regulatory examinations.
• Foster a culture of risk awareness and compliance throughout the organization.

Your Profile :

• Proven experience in internal control, audit, risk management, or compliance, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to internal controls.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.
