Function description

Design and creation of feeding interfaces to integrate data to Service Now.

Setup API integration between Service Now and Fortis local resources.

Analysis and creation of automated exports from Service Now to feed Fortis internal customers' needs.

Analysis and configuration of email interfaces (inbound/outbound) in Service Now.

Workflow design in Service Now.

Migration of existing tools to Service Now.

Squad

You will work in the configuration and asset management squad as Dev Engineer on Service Now. The configuration and asset management squad are responsible for ensuring that we have a CMDB that contains accurate and up-to-date data concerning the different assets that are managed.

The squad is working in an agile way. You will work in the central building of the BNPPF, in Brussels, next to the central station. Homeworking is 50%.

Language requirements

Excellent knowledge of English, decent knowledge of French or Dutch
