International Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to support international expansion.

• Manage relationships with international distributors and digital agencies to ensure brand consistency and market alignment.

• Coordinate localization of marketing content, including website, social media, and advertising materials.

• Build and maintain relationships with international influencers and content creators to drive brand awareness and engagement.

• Oversee digital campaigns, ensuring they are optimized for regional audiences and aligned with business goals.

• Analyze campaign performance across different markets and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

• Stay up to date with international digital marketing trends, platform updates, and cultural differences that impact marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Must be based within the European Union.

• Fluent in English and at least one other European language (German preferred).

• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the sports or entertainment industry.

• Strong understanding of international markets and digital marketing trends.

• Experience managing localization efforts, including content translation, cultural adaptation, and regional influencer partnerships.

• Knowledge of paid digital advertising, social media marketing, and influencer marketing strategies.

• Strong project management and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate across international teams.

• Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads (campaign management, optimization, and performance tracking).

• Understanding of Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
