Paralegal F/M - Investment Funds - LU868932

A well-established private bank located just a short distance from the city center is looking for a Paralegal F/M to join its Legal Department on a 9-month fixed-term contract.

Your Environment :

You will be joining a dynamic and experienced legal team, providing support in three core areas:

• Corporate: managing corporate housekeeping, organizing board meetings, drafting minutes and resolutions, monitoring legal obligations.
• Family Office: assisting with wealth structuring and preparing legal documentation for family investment vehicles.
• Investment Funds: supporting the creation and ongoing monitoring of investment funds (compliance, documentation, regulatory follow-up).

Key Responsibilities :

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents (e.g. general meetings, statutes, resolutions, contracts).
• Handling administrative and regulatory formalities.
• Managing documentation and maintaining legal databases.
• Providing legal research and support on ongoing cases.

Profile :

• Degree in Law (Bachelor’s or Master’s level).
• Previous experience in a bank, law firm, or fiduciary is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail, discretion, and team spirit.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
