About the job
As a Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in supporting and guiding clients with 50 users in transforming their business processes using Odoo solutions. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the success of large-scale projects by combining technical expertise, a deep understanding of business needs, and a client-centric approach.
Your role involves the implementation of Odoo, entailing both configuration and development at the client's end. You will be directly engaging with clients by analyzing their specific needs, implementing accordingly and delivering personalized training sessions. Essentially, you are entrusted with ensuring the optimal use of Odoo software, tailoring the solution to provide each customer with the most effective management solution possible!
We want our Project Leaders to be able to implement Odoo from A to Z in any company, sector and business area. To achieve it, bringing people having a few years of experience in the field is necessary as well as an important plus for your application.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management (80%)
- Client Collaboration: work closely with large-account clients to understand their needs, build strong relationships, and ensure a deep alignment with their objectives.
- Workshops and needs analysis: lead workshops with clients to analyze and challenge their requirements, ensuring proposed solutions are efficient and scalable.
- Change management: Accompany clients throughout the change management process, addressing concerns and driving adoption of Odoo solutions.
- Project management: Coordinate across teams to ensure timely delivery of projects that meet client expectations.
- End-user training: Deliver tailored training sessions to empower end-users and ensure effective usage of the implemented solutions.
- Continuous support: Maintain a close relationship with clients, offering ongoing assistance to optimize their use of Odoo over time.

Must Have
- Valid work permit for Luxembourg
- Languages: Fluency in both English & French
- 2-3 years of experience in project management, consultancy, or IT solutions.
- Skills: excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a talent for challenging client needs to deliver optimal solutions.
- Adaptability: ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical and business expertise: Proven ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
