We are seeking a talented and creative Front-End Designer to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in creating visually impactful designs that align with our brand identity. In this role, you will also be responsible for conceptualizing and designing user-friendly web interfaces.
This role requires a strong background in both web design and front-end development, ensuring seamless integration between aesthetics and functionality.

Ensure consistency in branding elements, style, and messaging across all design assets to maintain a strong and recognizable brand identity.
Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve any issues. Ensure that the final product aligns with the original design and meets quality standards.
Translate design concepts into responsive front-end code using HTML and CSS. Collaborate with the development team to implement and integrate design elements into websites.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketing officers, and product owners, to bring design concepts to life.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and innovative ideas to enhance the overall user experience.
Have a strong foundation in UI/UX design principles and front-end technologies.
Possess excellent visual design skills with attention to typography, color, and layout.
Be proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Work well in a collaborative environment, contributing to the success of cross-functional teams.
Have experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks.
Understand responsive and mobile-first design methodologies.
Be detail-oriented and able to oversee projects from concept to final implementation.
38 hours/week with 2 days of home-working per week and flexible hours.
12 days / year, including 6 of your choice, for personal development.
After two years of experience, apply to a similar position in a subsidiary of Odoo (see).
