Design Project Manager

As Design Project Manager you will lead the development of cutting edge CMOS image sensors from initial feasibility studies to mass production readiness. You have strong technical expertise in semiconductor design combined with exceptional leadership and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of state-of-the-art CMOS image sensors by managing a design team throughout the entire product lifecycle
• Ensure all technical and quality product requirements are met within the agreed development schedule
• Act as the primary interface between the product design team and internal/external stakeholders involved in the overall development program
• Report on the development status to local and global management teams
• Assume full accountability for product design development from start to finish

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 10 years of relevant experience within the semiconductor industry
• At least 5 years of team and/or project management experience
• Prior experience in CMOS analog and/or digital design is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Stress resilience and ability to motivate teams
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on driving accountability throughout the development
• Business level English communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €70.000,00 - €110.000,00 per year
