What will you do?

In this role, you will oversee initiatives aimed at transforming back-office systems and processes within the insurance sector. You’ll lead projects that enhance efficiency and customer orientation, driving innovation and operational excellence.

As the Program Manager, you will:

• Lead large-scale back-office transformation programs, including system upgrades, process improvements, and IT modernization.
• Monitor program timing, budgets, and scope, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Act as the bridge between IT and business, guiding multidisciplinary teams of analysts, developers, testers, and external vendors.
• Engage and align diverse stakeholders, ensuring collaboration across departments and external partners.
• Report on program progress, risks, and outcomes during Steering Committee (Steerco) meetings.
• Drive innovation and operational excellence in replatforming efforts while addressing evolving business and regulatory needs.

Who are you?

• Experience: At least 5 years as a Program Manager in the insurance industry, with a focus on business or IT transformation.
• Result-oriented: Proven ability to deliver large-scale programs on time, within budget, and to scope.
• Analytical and strategic: Ability to see the bigger picture while managing details effectively.
• Stakeholder management: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of aligning diverse stakeholders across IT and business.
• Language skills: Bilingual in Dutch (NL), French (FR) and English (ENG)
• Payroll or Freelance
