What will you do?

We are looking for a Business Manager for our Projects service line. You will play an active role in expanding this service line.

• With a commercial drive, you seek out challenging projects for our project consultants (with both existing clients and new prospects). You match the right consultant with the right assignment.
• You are actively involved in recruiting and searching for new colleagues.
• As a coach, you guide our consultants in their personal growth and actively contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Finally, as a member of our Homebase team, you take part in various other tasks and responsibilities, such as planning training sessions, professionalizing our training offer, and helping to organize events.

Who are you?

• You hold a Master’s degree and have at least five years of relevant work experience, including several years in the insurance sector.
• Commercial drive: You build connections easily and actively expand your network.
• You have experience in projects: You quickly understand processes, and you are analytical and communicative.
• Experience in recruitment and/or placing project profiles is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
• A true team player.
• You thrive in a dynamic and fast-growing environment that encourages initiative.
