What will you be doing?

As a Young Talent you will start your career together with other recent graduates. In our program you combine projects at our clients with plenty of training moments. This way you will be prepared to become a topnotch consultant! Our experienced mentors are looking forward to guide you through this process with great pleasure and enthusiasm.

At the end of the program we evaluate together what your strengths, capabilities and ambitions are. Depending on this we determine together your further growth path as a consultant.

What will you do after the young talent program?

• Claims handling : you evaluate and handle new or existing claims
• Underwriting : you evaluate, price and underwrite new requests
• Change agent : Next to your operational role you will review existing processes and procedures at the client and think about how to increase efficiency and customer focus

Who are you?

• A must: You recognize yourself in the Oxygen core values : Collaborative – Positive – Hands-on – Open-minded – Deliver
• You are obtaining or have obtained your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in an economic field (such as finance and insurance,…)
• You combine a customer oriented approach with good communication skills
• Someone who is flexible and can easily adapt to new environments
• Languages? You have good knowledge of Dutch and French
