What will you do?

As an Administration Officer, you will support us in two key areas: invoicing and fleet management.

Invoicing & Reporting

  • You ensure accurate and timely invoicing for our clients, in close collaboration with the business managers of our service lines.
  • You proactively monitor contractual agreements and maintain customer and invoicing data with precision.
  • You facilitate efficient and transparent reporting.

Fleet Management & Operational Support

  • You manage our fleet from A to Z: contract follow-up, maintenance scheduling, tire changes, insurance, inspections, fuel/charging cards, and charging stations.
  • You coordinate vehicle transfers when employees join or leave and ensure compliance with the car policy.
  • You prepare reports on vehicle usage, costs, and fleet management efficiency.

Who are you?

  • You have at least a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., administration, finance, business management) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in fleet management is a strong advantage.
  • You love organizing things—and you do it well.
  • You are problem-solving, open, and communicative. As the first point of contact for fleet management, you keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Accurate, structured, and discreet.
  • You are mature and stay the course.
  • You speak and write fluently in two languages (NL-FR).
