Director of Product Management (Relocation)

**This role would involve a fully supported relocation to Costa Rica**

We are on the hunt for a Product Director to lead the development and launch of new products across sports betting, casino, lottery, and horseracing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full product lifecycle from strategy to launch.
• Align cross-functional teams (IT, Marketing, Operations, Compliance).
• Manage roadmaps, timelines, and budgets.
• Use data and market trends to drive innovation.

What You Need:

• 10 years in Product Management (online gaming, sports betting, or similar).
• Proven track record of launching complex products.
• Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and project management skills.
• Experience working across global teams.
