The Next Level team at PwC Belgium is looking for an intern who wants to explore the Belgian startup ecosystem and dig deeper in startup acceleration, venture capital and corporate venturing. Intrigued? Keep on reading!
What you’ll learn and do
- Support our startup team in market research, scouting for startups for our next PwC Scale acceleration programme;
- Assist the team in fundraising projects for startups;
- Assist on Corporate Venturing projects, helping our larger clients in their startup journey;
- Support PwC’s own corporate venturing unit in setting up partnerships with startups
- Support the team in organizing and hosting startup events at the PwC office or other locations.
Who you are
- You’re a Master or (3rd) Bachelor student in business management, economics or finance
- You have keen interest in startups and innovation;
- You have a keen interest in M&A and venture capital investments;
- Ability to work both independently and within a team structure;
- You have an eye for details and have a structured way of working;
- You are a people’s person with strong communication skills (not afraid to write texts and participate in meetings)
- Not afraid to think outside the box and take initiative;
- High degree of responsibility and flexibility;
- Very good English, MS Office and G Suite skills;
- You’re available for at least three months on a full time working schedule.
