RED, on behalf of Key Client Partner, is currently working with a Key Client Partner, looking for an SAP OTC Program Lead for an S/4HANA transformation delivering with one of their end customers in the pharma industry.

Programme Management - Support the Commercial OTC EMEA workstream, working alongside the IT and Business programme sponsors to oversee the commercial downstream system deployment as part of the S4HANA OTC implementation in the EMEA region.

Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute detailed project plans, ensuring all project components work cohesively to achieve the programme's objectives across PIs

Coordinate e2e system testing, implementing improvements in testing processes to streamline go-live procedures and reduce risks.

Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with the Commercial Workstream business lead to ensure full alignment to strategic priorities.

Risk Management and Problem Solving: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the programme's success.

Required Experience:

• SAFE Scaled Agile programme participation
• Exposure to SAP / S4HANA projects
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Order to Cash processes
• Experience across Commercial application landscape, including SFE, Data & Analytics and Contract Management
• Experience of budget management
• Test Management experience
• Skilled communicator, with ability to influence without authority
• High level of experience with Jira, Confluence and other Agile tools
