📍 Program Manager (Remote, Freelance)

We’re hiring an experienced Program Manager to lead a high-impact open source initiative focused on wireless networking and embedded systems. You’ll coordinate international development teams, drive roadmap planning, and oversee CI/CD pipelines and release delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate distributed software development teams
• Define and manage technical roadmaps using Jira
• Oversee CI/CD, test integration, and release cycles
• Collaborate with standards bodies and external stakeholders
• Represent the project in meetings, demos, and conferences

Your background:

• Strong experience in program or project management
• Solid understanding of wireless networking and embedded Linux
• Skilled with CI/CD, Jira, Git, and scripting (Bash, Python)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
