Revpanda is looking for a Business Development Manager (Brand Protection) to join our team. As a Business Development Manager (Brand Protection), you will be responsible for growing our Brand Protection service by identifying client opportunities, building strong partnerships, and promoting the value of SEO-based brand protection. You’ll work closely with our internal SEO and content teams to deliver custom satellite websites that help operators rank for their own branded keywords and reduce long-term affiliate dependency.
If you have a strong understanding of affiliate marketing in iGaming (casino and sportsbook), coupled with experience in B2B sales and strategic relationship management, this role offers an exciting opportunity to help operators reduce lifetime affiliate costs while driving growth in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients for Brand Protection services.
Identify, research, and reach out to online casinos, sportsbooks, and other affiliate-driven businesses that can benefit from brand protection solutions.
Understand clients' current affiliate setup, pain points, and keyword challenges to propose tailored brand protection strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including marketing and SEO leads.
Educate potential clients by clearly explaining how satellite websites can help operators rank for their own branded keywords and save significant money on affiliate commissions.
Drive proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiations to close high-impact deals.
Work closely with internal SEO, content, and development teams to align brand protection solutions with client objectives and ensure seamless project delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends, affiliate marketing dynamics, SEO and branded search behavior in iGaming.
Report on sales pipeline progress and revenue impact from signed brand protection deals.
Represent Revpanda at industry events, networking opportunities, and conferences to expand our brand presence.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within SEO, digital marketing (preferably in iGaming).
Strong understanding of iGaming affiliate marketing models (CPA, rev-share) and their financial impact on operators.
Familiarity with SEO principles, branded keyword strategies, and affiliate SERP dominance.
Ability to effectively communicate technical and strategic concepts to marketing and C-level stakeholders.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a data-driven mindset and a focus on measurable results.
Ability to travel within the EU for industry events.
Nice to have:
Experience working with online casino or sportsbook operators is a strong plus.
Previous involvement in SEO-related services, content strategies, or iGaming B2C projects is a strong plus.
