We are looking for a highly organized and goal-oriented Regional Business Development Senior Manager who combines strong analytical and negotiation skills with solid customer-service abilities and leadership capabilities. In addition, you should be able to make sound decisions and exercise good judgement while consistently balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and active-listening skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility to build solid business relationships.
As a Regional Business Development Senior Manager, you will play a key leadership role managing and directing the distributor sales process in an assigned region. With a big focus on our brand equity, you will be responsible for the further roll out and follow up for our brands in distributor markets, which consist out of more than 50 countries across Europe, Africa and parts of Asia. This will involve traveling to meet distributor leads as well as developing relationships and setting up new distributors. The travel can be up to 50% of your time.
