As the Risk Director, you will report directly to the CEO of Securex and have an international scope. Your key responsibilities will include:

Experience

• Master’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Law or a related field.
• Desirable certifications : Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Financial Risk Manager (FRM), Compliance officer (CO).
• 5 years of experience in Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit, or Financial Risk roles.
• Proven experience in governance, regulatory compliance and business continuity planning.
• Strong understanding of DORA, GDPR, AI Act, ESG, ISO 27001, and other relevant frameworks.
• Prior experience in a financial institution, technology company or heavily regulated industry is a plus.

• Strategic Thinking: Ability to align risk strategy with business objectives.
• Regulatory Expertise: Deep knowledge of compliance requirements and regulatory trends.
• Leadership & Influence: Strong ability to engage with executive leadership and the Board.
• Analytical & Decision-Making Skills: Ability to quantify risk exposure and prioritize mitigation efforts.
• Crisis Management: Experience handling business disruptions, regulatory audits, and security incidents.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Ability to explain complex risk topics to non-technical audiences.
