Strong foundations in accounting (exact online), financial control, and cash management
A mind for financial analytics and performance tracking
Experience working across multi-entity, international structures
A track record in system implementation and process reliability
A balance of rigour and entrepreneurship — you get things done
Mastering of English and Dutch or French
Strong IT literacy with focus on financial and accounting softwares
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As our Chief Financial Officer, you will:
Lead financial strategy and operations across 3 countries
Report directly to the Board and help shape the strategic direction
Own the numbers: from accounting and budgeting to forecasting and dashboards
Implement smart systems that bring clarity, automation, and insight
Drive financial discipline across entities while staying agile
Be a thought partner to the CEO and Board in value creation
