Concierge (m/f/x) – Aparthotel in Bonnevoie, Luxembourg

• Be the friendly face guests meet first – welcoming, informing, and assisting them with any needs
• Support check-in and check-out when needed
• Keep all communal areas (lobby, hallways, outdoor zones) clean, tidy, and inviting
• Handle small maintenance tasks and repairs (e.g., light bulbs, basic troubleshooting)
• Monitor and oversee the work of the cleaning company
• Manage linen stock and deliveries, ensuring timely restocking
• Coordinate with external providers and technicians for occasional interventions
• Organize deliveries, mail, and key/badge management
• Track and maintain cleaning and maintenance supplies
• Report technical issues or malfunctions to management
• Share recommendations about local transport, restaurants, and activities with guests

• Previous experience in a similar role or in hospitality/service is a strong plus
• Handy and well-organized, with basic technical skills
• Able to coordinate with external service providers
• Guest-focused mindset, with discretion and a natural sense of hospitality
• Fluent in French and English (German and/or Luxembourgish is a bonus)
• Independent, reliable, and highly responsible
• Flexibility to work occasionally in the evenings or on weekends
