Job Title: Project Manager – SAP CRM Interaction Center

Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands

Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable products aligned with customer needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the triple constraint—scope, time, and cost—across the entire project lifecycle, ensuring quality and stakeholder satisfaction throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project execution within the defined constraints of scope, budget, and schedule.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of business value through SAP CRM – Interaction Center solutions.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular status reports and updates.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery processes.

Competencies:

• Strong expertise in SAP CRM – Interaction Center
• Project planning, execution, and risk management
• Stakeholder communication and relationship management
• Budget and resource management
• Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies

Experience Required:

• 10 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on SAP CRM implementations.

Essential Skills:

• Proven track record of delivering complex projects in a structured and efficient manner
• Deep understanding of SAP CRM – Interaction Center functionalities
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with project delivery in a multinational or European context
• Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus
