About the Role
Join ASML’s dynamic Finance organization as an Analyst in the Business Insights & Control (BI&C) team. BI&C acts as a strategic hub combining deep business knowledge, advanced analytics, and controlling expertise to support data-driven decision making. As part of this team, you will contribute to insightful reporting, robust financial planning, and impactful business partnering.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute periodic planning and performance management cycles.
Drive adoption of data-driven, high-quality decision making across ASML.
Develop and deliver management reporting and advanced financial analysis.
Enhance and maintain financial planning models used for long-term planning and scenario analysis.
Improve process efficiency through standardization and automation of global reporting and analytics.
Actively participate in long-term financial planning, budget cycles, and monthly financial reviews.
Deliver insights to Business Line (BL) and Sector management using standardized and customized reports.
Foster cross-functional alignment by translating business insights into clear, actionable financial narratives.
Drive implementation of new reporting tools and automation in collaboration with Business Controllers.
Partner with finance and business teams to support performance improvement and strategic decision making.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
Master’s degree in Business Economics, Finance, or Data Analytics.
8–10 years of experience in FP&A, Business Control, or similar roles.
Proven experience in a matrix and corporate environment, ideally within a tech multinational.
Strong skills in managing complex financial processes and systems (SAP BW, BI reporting tools).
Expertise in business analytics fundamentals, preferably with exposure to SAS.
