Project Manager

**This is a fixed-term contract position for twelve (12) months**

Position Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex projects involving technology and product implementations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong tactical execution skills who can navigate multi-stakeholder environments to achieve project goals.

What you’ll be doing:

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage and manage relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to align project objectives and expectations.
• Technology Implementation: Lead technology implementation projects, ensuring the integration of new systems and tools aligns with organizational goals and enhances operational efficiency.
• Product Implementation: Oversee product implementation initiatives, from initial concept through to launch. Collaborate with product development teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Monitor project progress and proactively address issues that may impact timelines or deliverables.
• Performance Tracking: Establish metrics and KPIs to track project performance. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status, milestones, and outcomes.
• Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Mentor and guide team members to achieve project objectives and professional growth.
• Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices in project management. Drive process enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a minimum of 5 years managing large, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Demonstrated experience in technology and product implementation.
• Strong strategic thinking and tactical execution skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
