**This is a fixed-term contract position for twelve (12) months**
Position Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex projects involving technology and product implementations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong tactical execution skills who can navigate multi-stakeholder environments to achieve project goals.
What you’ll be doing:

Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Stakeholder Management: Engage and manage relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to align project objectives and expectations.

Technology Implementation: Lead technology implementation projects, ensuring the integration of new systems and tools aligns with organizational goals and enhances operational efficiency.

Product Implementation: Oversee product implementation initiatives, from initial concept through to launch. Collaborate with product development teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Monitor project progress and proactively address issues that may impact timelines or deliverables.

Performance Tracking: Establish metrics and KPIs to track project performance. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status, milestones, and outcomes.

Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Mentor and guide team members to achieve project objectives and professional growth.

Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices in project management. Drive process enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills and experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a minimum of 5 years managing large, multi-stakeholder projects.

Demonstrated experience in technology and product implementation.

Strong strategic thinking and tactical execution skills.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
