Great opportunity available for an experienced Administrative Supervisor to provide support to the management team across multiple Franchise locations of the Blue Spirit Group (1-800-GOT-JUNK?)
Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Ensure accurate data entry across systems, maintaining high standards of quality.
Collecting and inputting data, creating reports
Troubleshoot spreadsheet issues and optimize data structures.
Create reports, collect data, analyze data, manage active projects
Efficient and accurate data collection
Report allocation and organizing
Train team members on spreadsheet best practices and data input techniques
Providing support to General Managers and Operation Managers
Job requirements:
High School Diploma
Proven experience (3 years) in administrative roles, with a focus on data management.
Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Google Suite; including advanced functions, pivot tables, and macros.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Passion for data accuracy and process improvement.
Minimum 3 years administrative experience or other business office experience
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Google Suite
Excellent organization skills
Ability to manage his or her own workflow and resolve questions and problems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment while continuously maintaining attention to details
Ability to exchange information clearly and concisely to present ideas and report facts
Ability to interface with all levels of management while maintaining confidentiality
