We are on the hunt for an amazing person to join our team as a front desk coordinator. If you are someone that loves to interact with people and always has a smile on your face, You might be the perfect fit!
Duties
- Welcoming Patients: You are the first friendly face our patients will see. A smile and warm greeting goes a long way.
- Scheduling: Ensure all patients are scheduled back for their restorative and recare prior to leaving.
- Collecting: We are a time of service practice, so ensuring collection of payment towards services is essential
- Treatment Planning: You must be capable of explaining treatment and all financing options available
- Answering phones & emails: You will be the go to for patient inquires and help them feel at ease before they even walk through the door.
- Insurance Verification and Claim Submission: Completion of full break down for insurance plans, entering them into the system, and ensuring claims are attached and sent nightly

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
