Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities. This is a crucial role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for both employees and visitors.

Responsibilities:
- Perform custodial duties such as cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting various areas of the facility
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed
- Follow established safety protocols and use personal protective equipment when necessary
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness standards

Skills:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services preferred
- Knowledge of custodial practices and techniques
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and pressure washers
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning products and their proper usage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
