Responsibilities: 

• Travel to assigned properties.

• Conduct storage unit inspections at all assigned properties. 

• Perform property repairs, light maintenance, and service requests. 

• Prep units that come up for auction. 

• Clean out units and dispose of abandoned goods.

• Complete task list provided by manager. 

• Maintain professional appearance of facilities, interiors, exteriors, and grounds. 

• Maintain monthly time-sensitive auctions and delinquency procedures. 

• Oversee contractor activities (landscapers, painters, etc.). 

• Partner with call center agents on scheduling various customer needs. 

• Other duties as assigned. 

*The predominant aspect of this role will involve working in an outdoor setting. * 

Qualifications: 

• High school degree or equivalent 

• Property maintenance experience (preferred) 

• A positive, self-starter attitude 

• Possession of a valid Drivers’ License and clean driving record

• Reliable and excellent time management skills 

• Basic mechanical and computer skills 

• Excellent communication and organizational skills 

• Must be able to work at least 50% of weekly hours between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM (local time), Monday through Saturday 

Physical Demands:

• Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 100 lbs with or without accommodation.

• Frequent driving, heavy lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, kneeling, etc.
