Manhattan is looking for a contractor to work as a Marketing Programs Associate supporting the development, implementation, and optimization of our campaigns, collaborating closely with your marketing managers to drive sales pipeline. Based at Manhattan’s headquarters in Atlanta, GA (hybrid), you will support strategic programs to drive brand awareness and revenue growth for all Manhattan’s solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies to ensure successful campaign planning and execution. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Marketing, this role requires exceptional project management and communication skills. Commitment, initiative, and willingness to learn enable this role’s success. Requirements: Support the planning, execution, and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, email drip, content marketing, events, social media, and more. Manage timelines, coordinate with other team members for asset creation, and ensure campaigns are launched on schedule. Support events planning, logistics, budget, promotional activities, and performance measurement. Assist in the research and identification of target accounts and key decision-makers within those accounts. Support the development of personalized marketing plans for key accounts. Assist the company’s database management. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Creative, Web, Revenue Operations, Solutions Marketing, and Communications, to align initiatives. Support budget management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role or internship is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, ABX and email marketing platforms) is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
