Job DescriptionLooking for an AMAZING Chiropractic Assistant to join our office! We are looking for a dynamic, friendly, self-motivated individual to fill an exciting position in our chiropractic office. This position will have an active role in inpatient care. You must have a passion for your own health as well as for helping others. Individuals must also be outgoing and friendly, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently. We are looking for a leader who will be able to embrace our vision and guide our practice toward continued growth.

Responsibilities
- Insurance verification for chiropractic benefits
- Financial conversations with patients
- Explain fees to patients and accept payment
- Keep patient files up to date and enter appropriate charges and process payment
- Perform data entry in the clinic’s computer systems
- Perform laser therapy treatments and teach office components (traction, wobbling, etc)
- Answer the phone at the clinic
- Greet patients when they enter the clinic
- Schedule patient appointments
- Describe products available for purchase at the clinic and process payment for the same
- Assist Chiropractors during chiropractic treatments
- Customer service experience
- Passionate and positive about helping others achieve long term progress and results
- Work history that demonstrates an ability to multitask
- Superior communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to connect with people while motivating them to achieve their goals
- Hourly starting salary: $20/hour with bonus opportunities based on the office's monthly performance and raises based on performance
