Position: Business Development Representative / Administrative Assistant

Job Type: Salary Performance Based Commission; Part Time

Pay: $35,000 base aggressive performance-based commission

**Overview:**

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth through fostering relationships with potential clients and agency partners.A background in real-estate and/or real-estate services would be valuable experience for succeeding in this position.

**Responsibilities:**

- Maintain current client relationship and identifying areas for potential clients

- Contacting potential clients to establish a business relationship and meet with them

- Develop new sales areas and improving sales through various methods

- Research the latest in the business industry and creating new opportunities to expand business

- Identify and qualify leads, understanding their needs and effectively communicating how our solutions can benefit them

- Weekly bank deposits

- Coordinate monthly reconciliation of expenses

- Coordinate onboarding of the employees

- Physical and digital office filing

- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

- Run and send out weekly sales reports from our CRM

- Stock and maintain office supplies

- Note taking in meetings

**Skills:**

- Experience in business development and/or sales

- Experience in an admin and/or supportive office role.

- Personal Assistant Experience

- Must have highly effective organization skills.

- Strong computer literacy skills. Including: Word processing, Moderate to High Spreadsheets, Presentations, Data Entry, Google Suits, Email Systems, Google Calendar.

- Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills.

- Must be a multi-tasker with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time.

- High level of writing skill: spelling, punctuation, and sentence structure.
