As a Sr. Technical Recruiter within our Technology and Products Group, your will be responsibilities for managing the relationship with our hiring teams, partnering with your recruiting coordinator to run an efficient interview process, owning, and ensuring a great experience for our candidates, and sourcing passive candidates. Ultimately, you will build a strong technical talent pipeline and help hire skilled employees for the positions you manage.

Specific job responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to:

· Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to fully understand the job requirements and how to attract world class talent.

· Textio and post technical job descriptions.

· Craft and send personalized outreach emails to engage passive candidates on Eightfold and LinkedIn Recruiter

· Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen technical resumes.

· Perform pre-screening calls to analyze candidates’ abilities.

· Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work.

· Understand the KPIs for the role and document your key metrics.

· Keep up to date with new technological trends and products.

· Ability to support recruiting for multiple locations as needed.

Qualifications:

· Proven track record as a Technical Recruiter

· Experience in semiconductor industry.

· Have experience recruiting for highly skilled engineers and technicians for semiconductor or related industries.

· Ability to understand and explain job requirements for technical roles.

· Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with hiring managers as well as within the talent acquisition team.

· Be proficient in MS Office and modern Applicant Tracking Systems

· Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and platforms

Education:

· Bachelor’s in human resources, Business or related field of study

· Combination of experience and education (without a degree) will also be considered
