As a DRAM Engineering Group (DEG) System Compatibility (SCG) Technician at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for setting up systems, performing functional testing of product, and troubleshooting failures. In this role, you will work with engineering to run tests and review data for accuracy and completeness and conduct follow-up experiments as needed.

Within our labs, your team will use servers and other motherboards for testing. You will work with other technicians and engineers within the Systems Compatibility Group

What’s Encouraged Daily:

• Manage lab system utilization for qualification testing
• Install product, perform functional tests, and record results
• Setup and configure computer systems
• Verify Hardware, Firmware (including BIOS), and Software configurations
• Evaluate, document, and communicate results to engineering teams

How To Qualify:

• Relevant proven experience with module testing and computer systems
• Experience/Understanding of hardware is helpful, but not required
• Experience/Understanding of Micron Modules is helpful, but not required

• Able to work 12 hour Shifts (1pm-1am; 3 on/4 off and 4 on/3 off) with some weekends
