The Integration & Automation lead is accountable for leading the global application integration and automation DevOps team. This lead role is crucial in driving the application integration and automation strategy and executing deliverables end-to-end. Passion for technology, effective communication, and close collaboration with key IT and business stakeholders are essential traits for this role.
Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:
Lead and mentor the Enterprise application Integration team for API development.
Drive business differentiation with automation technologies.
Collaborate with enterprise architects and project leads to define secured, reliable, and cost-effective solutions.
Foster Agile DevOps culture with the latest toolset and continuous delivery.
Manage vendor and partner relationships, including financial contracts.
Specific Knowledge/Skills:
Strong expertise in designing integration solutions with on Mulesoft and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Platforms.
Hands on experience in automating business processes with Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Predictive and Generative AI.
Familiarity in building Single SignOn solutions with various protocols like SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and headers based applications

Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of IT professional experience
