As an Associate Director in our CVRM (Cardiovascular, Renal & Metabolic) portfolio, you will play a pivotal role in channeling our scientific capabilities to make a positive impact on changing patients’ lives. This role is based in Wilmington, DE, and is responsible for leading promotional efforts and execution of content development to support the continued product launch.
Accountabilities:
As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for driving a best in industry launch in ATTR polyneuropathy and cardiomyopathy. You will deliver the execution of the US patient and HCP marketing plans, driving innovation and implementing key marketing initiatives. You will lead the development of core promotional materials for HCPs and patients and support the build of a comprehensive patient support program. You will also collaborate with Insights and Analytics team to identify and drive actionable insights, and performance trends.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree required; preferably in business, marketing or the sciences
5 years of Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry, or relevant professional experience
3 years of Pharmaceutical Marketing or Promotions, or relevant commercial experience including Sales or Marketing, or Market Access
Experience developing brand channel strategy and executing against it
Experience managing complex projects at the project management level
Solid understanding of the local healthcare system pricing and reimbursement
Strong financial skill with the ability to assess and get results
Successful project management experience with the ability to work across functional team members
Desirable Skills/Experience:
Advanced Degree in business, marketing, or the sciences
Experience in Consumer and/or HCP Marketing
Experience in Insight / Market Research
Experience across product life cycle (emerging, launch, in-line, mature)
Experience related to therapeutic area
