100Group is looking for an experienced Operational Administrative Support Specialist for the merchant industry who understands customer service as well as the technical side of the business. We need someone who can answer client calls, lead client inquiries & reconciliations also primarily address technical issues as well as someone who can troubleshoot various credit card processing terminals and gateways, we support. The ideal candidate has a customer service background, good judgment, people skills, and excellent attention to detail. Preferred experience with computers, phone systems, Outlook, Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel, and CRM systems like ZoHo or similar. Familiarity with Canva and Mondays is a plus.
