The Role Proofpoint is looking for an experienced technologist who loves to educate the market on the technical value proposition of Proofpoint’s products. You would put together the story arc, demos and presentations that will bring to life how Proofpoint’s underlying technologies are protecting people and defending data. Your day-to-day Collaborate with product management, architects and CTO office to craft compelling value propositions, messaging and content Create and maintain technical marketing collateral, including whitepapers, solution briefs, presentations, videos, demos and blog posts Work closely with Sales Engineering and Enablement teams to roll out messaging, tools and content Serve as technical evangelist and spokesperson for Proofpoint at industry events, conferences, webinars and customer meetings What you bring to the team 5 years of technical marketing, product marketing, product management or sales engineering in information security Technical understanding of information security, AI/ML, cloud technologies Proven track record of developing and executing technical marketing strategies and campaigns that drive awareness, demand generation and market leadership Excellent written and presentation skills – able to distill complex technical concepts into clear, differentiated and compelling messaging and content.
