10th Street Children's Academy is looking for a Kitchen Lead to serve meals to up to 150 children in a childcare setting.
Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
-Oversees all food service operations.
-Monitor Inventory and ensures kitchen has necessary ingredients and supplies, communicates ordering needs to management.
-Ensures compliance with all state, federal,-Ensure and local food handling requirements and DCFS nutrition standards for childcare centers. Including the appropriate serving sizes are provided to each age group.
-Maintains clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
-Provides direction to kitchen and cleaning staff.
