About the Job: The Tracking Administrator provides support to the Radiologists in Mammography, schedules all diagnostic patients needing additional imaging, ensures the accuracy of the imaging reports and ensures patients receive follow up care in a timely manner, while also providing support to the breast navigation team. What You’ll Do: Oversees and fulfills all aspects of mammography patient tracking in accordance with ACR/MQSA/FDA: Reviews patient history form and combines with results. Verifies report for accuracy and inclusion of ACR Birads statistical reporting. Responsible for contacting and scheduling all diagnostic patients needing additional imaging and coordinates imaging with breast ultrasound. Ensures that radiologist report is generated for every patient. Enters patient results are into Radiology information System according to radiologist ACR Category recommendation to generate appropriate patient follow-up notification. Monitors and responds appropriately to outside requests for prior imaging and secures required patient authorization. Supports the breast health coordinator and radiologists for breast biopsy recommendations, services as a liaison with the provider offices. Who You Are: High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in customer service setting preferred. Knowledge of basic medical terminology preferred. Knowledge of anatomy and physiology preferred. Data entry skills. Ability to operate coper, fax, dept. paging, and multi-line phones. Good communication skills required. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Able to multitask and prioritize tasks within the job schedule.
