As an Accounts Payable Team Lead, you will provide leadership and guidance to the Accounts Payable team at our Corporate Headquarters in Cleveland, OH. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on team members and vendors in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated issues with vendors/suppliers and counsel team members on effective resolution
• Collaborate with the other Accounts Payable Supervisors and Management to develop the team members, set goals, and provide service to suppliers
• Train and develop new team members by providing them with necessary knowledge and skills to succeed
• Make continuous updates and improvements to processes and training documentation
• Lead regular meetings with AP team members

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field preferred
• High School Diploma required

Knowledge and Experience:

• Some Accounts Payable experience required; 5 years preferred
• Experience in a Shared Services/Centralized Services environment required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and SAP preferred
