This position reports to the Vice President, Home Services. This position is 55% Health Information Technology, 25% Accountable Care Organization, 20% Medical Group practicing physician. Ability to interface, creating a positive working relationship, with HIT related organizational divisions external to NorthShore. Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills and the expertise to translate clinical and technical terminology into terms understandable by management, department heads and performance level personnel. An understanding of the healthcare applications suite and their place in the acute care, physician, ambulatory and ancillary settings. Ability to solve highly complex organizational, operational and people problems. Excellent troubleshooting, debugging and problem solving skills.
